Biography​

Jeriana is originally from Gatesville, Texas. She attended Oklahoma State University where she earned her degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a focus on Child and Family Services. After completing her degree she completed her Child Life Internship at Johns Hopkins Children's Center where she became a Child Life Specialist. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of helping children and families navigate challenging medical experiences through play, education and developmentally appropriate interventions.​

Jeriana is passionate about supporting children's learning and development through play and meaningful experiences. She is excited for this transition where she can foster curiosity, creativity, confidence and social-emotional growth in children​

In her free time Jeriana enjoys going on walks with her dogs Nova and Zora, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.​
