Tuition and Fees

Tuition is charged monthly beginning August 1st and continuing through May. Tuition is not prorated due to closures including but not limited to holidays, breaks, illness, professional development days, or University closures. Tuition rates are determined by classroom assignment. Children are placed into classes based on their age as of September 1st, in alignment with the Texas school system. The Piper Center does not offer discounts for siblings or Baylor faculty, staff, students, or alumni.

2026-2027 Tuition Rates

Baby Bears (Infants): $12250 annually ($1225 monthly August-May)

Bruins (Toddlers): $11100 annually ($1110 monthly August-May)

Osos (Two-Year-Olds): $10700 annually ($1070 August-May)

Preschool (Three- and Four-Year Olds): $10000 ($1000 August-May)

Annual Registration Fee $250/per child
