Biography:
Courtney originally grew up in the central valley of California. She graduated from California State University of Fresno in May, 2015. She started out observing students at Fresno State in the Joyce Huggins Research Center and quickly grew interest and was honored to start her education career as an assistant teacher there. Courtney relocated, substitute taught to learn the area and settled as a lead teacher for a childcare center preschool. She has worked with all ages and has always had a heart for education and knows just what it takes to give children the nurturing tools to bloom.
Courtney is so excited to be apart of the Piper family and build meaningful connections with the fellow staff members and of course, all of the wonderful children!
In her spare time, Courtney can be found going on walks and exploring the area since she has only been in the Waco area since January of 2022. Finding a good bargain and more importantly trying out tasty places to eat with friends and family also brings joy to her.
