Biography:
Courtney is originally from Houston and came to Baylor in 2014 to pursue a degree in Social Work. Courtney has always had a passion for working with children, and was a student worker during her senior year. After Courtney graduated, she went to work with Veterans for a year before returning to Piper in the 2019!
Courtney’s work in the classroom is focused on developing individual relationships with each child, as well as the adults in their life. Courtney believes that the best part of working within the early childhood realm is seeing how each child explores and learns from their environment!
When she is not at Piper, Courtney loves to read, walk her dog, and cook with her husband!
