Biography:
Charis was born and raised in Waco. She attended McLennan Community College and worked at various child development centers from 2013 to 2018. She attended Baylor University and completed her degree in 2020. She has worked in teaching and administrative capacities at other centers throughout her career and adores working with children.
Charis is passionate about forming meaningful relationships with parents, children, and teachers to foster teamwork in each child’s world. Organization and intentionality are important to Charis, and she plans on using her experience to ensure the best care for each child and family at The Piper Center.
When she is not at Piper, Charis likes to spend time with her husband, dog, and three cats. She also enjoys hiking, embroidery, video games, and reading.
